When you submit an enquiry through the website, we may process the information that you provide, including your name, email address, telephone number, the residence or apartment in which you are interested, the content of your message, and any other information that you voluntarily include in your enquiry.

We may also process limited technical information generated when you visit or use the website, including your IP address, browser type, device information, date and time of access, technical identifiers, and information necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.

With optional GA4 consent, Google may receive cookie and browser identifiers, pages visited, approximate geographic area, device and browser information, traffic/referral sources, and non-identifying interactions. Our implementation does not intentionally send Google the name, email address, telephone number, free-text enquiry, or specific apartment identifier entered on the contact form.

Please do not include special categories of personal data or other unnecessary sensitive information in the message field. Special categories may include information concerning health, religious beliefs, political opinions etc.

If you nevertheless provide such information, we will not intentionally use it for a purpose unrelated to your enquiry and will delete or otherwise handle it in accordance with applicable law where it is not necessary for a lawful purpose.

We process personal data for the following purposes:

We receive, review, and respond to enquiries concerning the JKP Artemis project.

We provide information requested by prospective purchasers and other interested persons.

We manage and monitor expressions of interest concerning particular residences or apartments.

We maintain appropriate records of enquiries and communications.

We operate, maintain, protect, and improve the website and related information systems.

With your separate consent, we measure website visits, traffic sources, page use and non-identifying enquiry or contact-button events through Google Analytics 4.

We detect, prevent, and investigate security incidents, misuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.

We comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where this is necessary.

We do not currently use information submitted through the JKP Artemis enquiry form to automatically subscribe users to newsletters or unrelated marketing lists.

Depending on the circumstances, the processing is based on one or more of the following legal bases.

Processing an enquiry may be necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.

Where the processing does not yet concern a specific pre-contractual step, we may rely on our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries, managing prospective customer relationships, administering the project, and protecting our commercial and legal interests, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. We use this basis only where our interests are not overridden by your interests or fundamental rights and freedoms.

Processing may be necessary for compliance with a legal obligation applicable to us, under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.

Processing may be necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR or another applicable legal basis.

Where we use consent as a legal basis, we will request consent separately for the specific purpose concerned. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Optional analytics processing is based on consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent is also requested before using non-essential analytics identifiers under applicable electronic communications law; refusal does not affect core website functions.

The provision of your name and at least one means of contact will generally be necessary for us to respond meaningfully to your enquiry. Additional information, including the residence or apartment of interest and the content of the message, should be provided only to the extent that it is relevant to your request.

If you do not provide information that is necessary to respond to your enquiry, we may be unable to provide the requested information.

We may disclose personal data, to the extent necessary, to service providers acting on our behalf, including providers of website hosting, email, cloud storage, information-technology maintenance, cybersecurity, website administration, and enquiry-management services.

These providers process personal data only under our instructions and under written contractual arrangements where required by Article 28 of the GDPR.

We do not sell personal data collected through the JKP Artemis website.

We seek to process personal data within the European Economic Area.

If a service provider or other recipient processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, we will ensure that the transfer is carried out in accordance with Chapter V of the GDPR. Depending on the circumstances, this may include an adequacy decision, Standard Contractual Clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with supplementary safeguards where required.

Where you accept Google Analytics, limited measurement data may be processed by Google outside the European Economic Area. The controller should verify the applicable Google Analytics data-processing terms and international transfer safeguards before activating this service.

We generally retain enquiry data for no longer than twelve months from the date of submission.

We may retain information for a shorter period where the enquiry has been resolved and no legitimate reason for continued retention exists.

We may retain information for a longer period where this is necessary because of an active transaction, a legal obligation, the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims, or another lawful and proportionate purpose.

Technical and security logs may be retained for a separate period determined by operational, security, and legal requirements.

When the applicable retention period expires, personal data will be securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised, unless continued retention is legally justified.

Analytics cookie expiration is up to two years by default, subject to browser restrictions. Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention follows the site's GA4 property settings, which should be verified before enabling analytics; the retention of aggregated reports can differ from that of event-level data.

The JKP Artemis website uses Google Analytics 4 only if you affirmatively accept optional analytics. Before you accept, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from viewing residences, comparing floor plans, or sending an enquiry.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 may use first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_<measurement-id> to distinguish visitors and sessions. These cookies have a default lifetime of up to two years, subject to browser limits. The analytics service receives information about visited pages, general traffic sources, approximate location, device and browser data, and non-identifying interactions, including successful enquiry submissions and contact-button clicks.

Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google and processes the permitted usage information to help us understand and improve this website. We do not intentionally transmit enquiry form names, email addresses, telephone numbers, messages or exact apartment references to Google Analytics. Advertising personalisation and Google signals are not enabled by this implementation.

You may reject analytics or withdraw a previous acceptance through the 'Analytics preferences' link in the website footer. Withdrawal stops further collection by our implementation on subsequent page loads; it does not automatically erase information Google already received. Strictly necessary functionality, such as site security and your selected language, does not depend on accepting analytics. We will review any future advertising or other non-essential technologies separately and obtain consent where required.

Subject to the conditions and limitations provided by applicable law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, erasure of data, restriction of processing, and portability of data where the applicable legal requirements are satisfied.

Where processing is based on legitimate interests, you may object to that processing on grounds relating to your particular situation. You may object at any time to processing for direct marketing purposes.

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
